Our Story
Ekatra began in 2021 when founder Abhijeet Khandagale faced a challenge during the COVID-19 pandemic: how to deliver education to students without reliable internet or smartphones. The solution—a WhatsApp-based learning system—quickly showed promise, reaching students who were left behind by traditional online learning.
From this seed grew a vision: using AI to bridge technology gaps and create impact at scale. Today, Ekatra has evolved into an impact AI studio working with organizations worldwide to build accessible, ethical AI solutions that address pressing social challenges.
